Wine Shipping Restrictions

The laws around the direct shipment of wine are constantly changing. We are currently looking into each state's laws reguarding direct shipping and will be working on meeting the regulations to as many states as we can in order to ship wine to our customers. Currently we are only shipping to California and Florida if you are not in a dry county.

Purchase and Shipping

Wine can be purchased through are tasing room, over the phone, by mail, or through our secure server. The following apply to all directly shipped orders:

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine.
  
• All wines are shipped FedEx Ground.
  
• An adult signature is required upon delivery.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Tax (7.25%) will be calculated for California residents only. Residents of other states may be liable to pay sales tax for their local state on their own.
• Packaging and shipping charges will be be added based on the shipping destination.
• A discount of 10% will be calculated on purchases of a case or more. A case consists of 12 bottles.
• Undeliverable shipments will be either reshipped at the expense of the buyer or refunded, less applicable shipping fees.
