How Membership Works
Members receive 3 shipments of wine annually - shipment dates typically are in February, June, and October. These shipments consist of two bottles of our recent vintage, a red and a white varietal unless a preference is otherwise indicated in the "Wine Club Membership" form, or by email. For example, a preference for "reds-only" should be indicated by clicking the "red" box on the Membership form, while leaving the other wine preference boxes unchecked. Choosing only 1 type of wine though may necessitate that a member receive two bottles of the same vintage in a shipment.

Member Discount
Members receive a 20% discount off the retail price of their wine club shipment, as well as saving 20% on any wines purchased at the Fenton Herriott Vineyards winery. (This excludes any other discounts they may have applied.) The price will be the cost of the wine, minus the 20% discount, plus shipping. Members also have the option to pick their order up when they visit the winery, and taste the newly released varietals at this time, which also allows you to bypass the shipping fees. We allow roughly 6 weeks for a member to pick up their club selections. If they are not picked up within the allotted time frame, the package will be automatically shipped at the member’s expense.

No Obligation
There are no sign-up fees. Members can cancel at anytime. Please submit your cancellation request in writing and allow two weeks for a canceling confirmation reply. (Fenton Herriot Vineyards reserves the right to cancel any membership at anytime or to deny former members from rejoining.)

Additional Member Benefits
Wine Club Members will receive Invitations to members' only events. For example, our upcoming Grand Opening on June 25, 2005. We have many other fun seasonal events forecasted in coming months.

A Winery email will be sent out periodically to provide Special Offers and the Latest News about Fenton Herriott Vineyards, and also to offer a Complimentary Reserve Tasting for you and your guests when visiting the winery. (Four person maximum)

Membership Activation
Your membership activation authorizes Fenton Herriott Vineyards Winery to charge your credit card prior to each club release. Members must be 21 years of age or older, and if you choose to have your wine shipped, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Due to state laws we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Undeliverable shipments will be either reshipped at the expense of the club member or refunded, less applicable shipping fees. A UPS Delivery Confirmation Response is included on all orders.
